About Us

PC Home Help was established with the goal of helping the average computer user with coming to grips with their PC. Though we do have business clients, our primary goal is to service home users with all aspects of computer repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and technical assistance.

Most people know how to turn on their computer, use the computer, and turn it off when they are finished. Our aim is to help when you need assistance with all the other things that are beyond the "average" user. Setting up new computers can be long and frustrating if you don't know what a driver is, or how to set up email accounts. We can do that for you.

When your computer crashes, it may be hardware failure, it may be a virus, it may simply be a configuration issue. We can diagnose the fault, explain to to you in plain english, and fix the fault fast.

Need a New Computer?

Do you need a new PC? Maybe you do and maybe you don't. We can evaluate your present PC, and offer alternatives such as memory upgrades, partial replacement of core components, or a totally new PC. We can advise you of the best PC to buy for your requirements, we can supply parts and PCs, both desktop and notebook, we also install the parts we supply, and do new installation of PCs you have bought elsewhere.

Our Staff

Our technicians are professionally trained and certified, and explain things to you at your level, rather than using techno babble, and they are keen to help you, not only to fix your problem, but to help you learn just that little bit more about your PC, and how to get the most out of it. Past clients are encouraged to use our email tech support, which is FREE. New clients are welcome to ask a question or two, we get most of our business from referrals from happy past clients, and people who have had past problems solved by us FREE via our tech support network. We have over 30 years of combined experience in the building, repairing and configuring of PCs for home users.

We are based at Seventeen Mile Rocks in the Western Suburbs, and are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year, because computers don't break down in business hours only, and this also means you don't have to take time off work to have your PC fixed!
